The Laboratory of Applied Thermodynamics in Thermal Section at the School of Mechanical Engineering, NTUA, is excited to announce the donation of a 5.5 kW heat pump system using R290 coolant from Thermogas (the exclusive representative of Vaillant GmbH). This new system, combined with a previously donated R290 heat pump from Carrier, will enhance educational processes at undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as professional training for refrigeration and mechanical engineers in the heat pump sector. This equipment will be integrated into undergraduate and Life Long Learning training programs, providing invaluable hands-on knowledge to both professionals and students.
